Family
When all is said and done it is your family that will always be there. I am so grateful for my husband and our children. My life is so deeply blessed. There is nothing better in this life then having a family of your own. Mike and I are both blessed to have come from two very wonderful families. We were rasied in loving homes with great examples to follow. As things change in this world and troubles always seem to be around the corner I am so happy to know I have my family. I love you Mike, Dylan, Austin, Blake, and Sawyer.

Never Forget 9/11/2001
Don't forget to fly your flag real high today.
Make sure you always remember there are a lot of soldiers out there helping so that day never happens again.
No matter what the media says...
They sacrifice a lot just to make sure we have a safer place to live. GOD BLESS AMERICA!

Happy Birthday Mike

Today is Mike's 39 birthday. He is such an amazing father and husband. He is so much fun and full of life. For his birthday he went hunting with his dad. Later on after they got home we had a nice steak dinner with his parents. One day next weekend I am going to take him out and celebrate. My life has been so blessed since the day I met Mike. I hope you know how much I love you baby. I hope that this year is good to you and you enjoy the last year of being 30 something. Happy Birthday Mike!!!

1st Grade and a new school

Today Sawyer started 1st grade. She loves it! Well she loved everything but P.E. She is not sure why she has to run when she is not fat or why she has to be on the same diet as the rest of our family. (When got rid of all the junk food in our house and have been trying to eat healthy) Her teacher is very nice. She is in a class of only 15 kids. They have a student teacher as well as Mrs. J. We have meet the principal and I really like her. I think this is going to be a great year for Sawyer. Dylan is in 8th grade this year and thinks school is boring. Austin and Blake are in 1st grade as well. As far as we know they love school and each have a different teacher. I will keep everyone up dated on them as we talk to them.
It makes me sad that our kids are growing up so fast, but it is fun as well. I love watching as they learn for their selves all the amazing things life has to offer. We are so proud of all 4 of our kids. We love you Dylan, Austin, Blake, and Sawyer Marie.

The end of summer.......

As summer comes to an end it is bitter sweet around our house. It means the boys are heading back to Colorado for the school year which breaks our hearts. We love our boys so much and it is hard to let them go. But then this means the start of the new school year for all for kids and new adventures. Austin, Blake and Sawyer Marie all will be in 1st grade. Austin and Blake each have different teachers as far as we have been told and are so excited to be in separate classes. Sawyer Marie will get to meet her teacher the week before school starts. She is excited but a little scared to be starting a new school where she doesn't know anyone. But I know she will be fine. Dylan is starting 8th grade. He has to be back a week early because he is a peer leader this year. We are so proud he was chosen to be an example to the other students. He is such an amazing kid. Always willing to help out with his brothers and sister. So as summer comes to and end and fall starts we look forward to Thanksgiving to see the boys again and all the new and exciting things that come with a new school year. Mike and I just want our kids to know how proud we are of each and everyone of them and how much we love them. We are so blessed to be your parents. Have fun and enjoy 8th and 1st grade.

Sunset City Parade

Ryan for Mayor
We went to the Sunset City parade today with my friend Beckie and her kids. Beckie's brother Ryan is running for Mayor of Sunset. While me and the three little ones were at the parade Mike and Dylan were at the car show. I was able to see Beckie's little sister Jennie and her mother Sharon. I have not seen them in years. Jennie is a sweet heart. Just look at the little princess. She is a breast cancer survivor and one of God's little Angels here on earth. We had a good time and Sawyer got to spend a little more time with her new BFF before we parted ways. Thanks Beckie for inviting us to go with you.

Happy 13th Birthday Dylan
Today is Dylan's 13th birthday. We are in Utah for the weekend. Yesterday we had a pool party for him with the Butterfield family. Today (his birthday) Mike and I took him to Red Lobster for dinner and then to WiseGuys Comedy Club to see Keith Stubbs preform. We had a great time. Dylan is such a great kid and we are so lucky to have him as our son. We are so proud of the fine young man he is growing into and just want hm to know how much we love him. Happy Birthday Dyaln!
